Notice of Public Meeting – Change to Charitable Status of Daglingworth Village Hall
27th January 2026 – 7.30pm
Activity Room – Daglingworth Village Hall
The Charity for DVH is unincorporated which means the trustees have unlimited liability. The Committee propose to close the existing Charity and transfer the assets to a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation), which does provide limited liability for the trustees.
